Graduate/Family Student Housing Rates

Biola provides furnished housing for single graduate students in on-campus suite-style rooms and in off-campus houses owned by the university. The per-month rate is based on the number of occupants per bedroom. Unfurnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom units located in five complexes near campus provide housing for couples and families at a per-apartment, per-month rate.
